The management of a project team which was sited in three European countries led me to develop further the management skills which were gained through supervision of seven MSc project students at Aston University, each taking six months to complete. Through the use of electronic communication and collaborative working techniques I have found working in a team over large geographical areas possible. Extensive experience has been gained in holding and taking part in very large international meetings, including some held with deaf participates. I have good presentation skills, which have been developed through many technical and academic presentations. I have a UK driving licence.
